Tumble
A clumsy little guy who falls down but always gets right back up.
This is Tumble, my poor, wounded little bear. He is made from a combination of two gorgeous mohairs, shaggy brown and curly olive brown. Tumble has an amber wired glass eye with lace white and a 'replacement' button eye.
His features are hand embroidered and he is cotter pin jointed as usual.
Tumble has a 'broken' leg, so he needs to use his wooden crutch, beautifully crafted for me by Faye.
Tumble measures 13cm.

My bears are made from 100% mohair, silk, alpaca or viscose, with the occasional faux fur and plush thrown in!
They are 5 way cotter pin jointed, and some of my minis are string jointed. They have wired glass eyes, some of which are hand blown antique glass.
My bears etc. are generally around 11cm tall when seated and so are classed as miniature bears, although they can be quite stocky fellows!
The bears are filled with lovely, clean steel punchings
and some polyfibre stuffing.
These are collectors' bears made using materials and traditional components that make them unsuitable as children's toys.
