Fairy Rosaline
(A Shakespearean variation of Rosalind,
of Spanish origin meaning pretty rose )
🧚♀️ Meet Fairy Rosaline – a gentle beauty from my Woodland Collection, with a heart full of petal wishes and moonlit dreams.
Rosaline has hand-painted brown wired glass eyes and embroidered features, framed by a wild halo of fleecy hair that seems to float with every breeze. She wears a white tulle dress with matching pantaloons, adorned with white pearls and pink satin roses nestled among green leaves—like a blossom come to life.
Her pearl-topped feelers add a touch of enchantment, and her pink sparkling wings shimmer softly as she flutters through the forest glade. Measuring approx. 15cm, Rosaline is a dainty delight, perfect for perching among mossy stones or whispering secrets to sleepy snails.

My bears are made from 100% German mohair, silk or viscose, with the occasional faux fur thrown in!
They are 5 way cotter pin jointed, and some of my minis are string jointed. They have wired glass eyes, some of which are hand blown antique glass.
My bears etc. are generally around 11cm tall when seated and so are classed as miniature bears, although they can be quite stocky fellows!
The bears are filled with lovely, clean steel punchings
and some polyfibre stuffing.
These are collectors' bears made using materials and traditional components that make them unsuitable as children's toys. Every one arrives with a signed and dated certificate.
