Walton
Walton is a new bear from my collection of special, medium sized bears. He is made from a sparse brown on beige mohair. I have plucked, trimmed, shaved and shaded it to make him look like a very old and much loved bear. Walton has one amber wired glass eyes and one button eye, plus hand embroidered features. He is wearing his scruffy and torn old cardigan, with oversized button detail.
He is heavily weighted with steel punchings in his very big fat tum! He is cotter pin jointed as usual.
Walton measures 21cm.

My bears are made from 100% mohair, silk, alpaca or viscose, with the occasional faux fur and plush thrown in!
They are 5 way cotter pin jointed, and some of my minis are string jointed. They have wired glass eyes, some of which are hand blown antique glass.
My bears etc. are generally around 11cm tall when seated and so are classed as miniature bears, although they can be quite stocky fellows!
The bears are filled with lovely, clean steel punchings
and some polyfibre stuffing.
These are collectors' bears made using materials and traditional components that make them unsuitable as children's toys.
