The Yellow Jester is a new bear from my collection of special, medium sized bears. He is made from a shaggy golden fur, really beautiful.
The Yellow Jester has pale amber wired glass eyes and hand embroidered features and claws. He is wearing his lace pierrot hat and ruffle, with a soft bobble and satin ribbons, plus a voile winged dragonfly on his tall hat.
He also carries his real seed headed wand, decorated with ribbon.
He is heavily weighted with steel punchings in his big fat tum!
He is cotter pin jointed as usual.
The Yellow Jester measures 28cm. without his hat.

My bears are made from 100% mohair, silk, alpaca or viscose, with the occasional faux fur and plush thrown in!
They are 5 way cotter pin jointed, and some of my minis are string jointed. They have wired glass eyes, some of which are hand blown antique glass.
My bears etc. are generally around 11cm tall when seated and so are classed as miniature bears, although they can be quite stocky fellows!
The bears are filled with lovely, clean steel punchings
and some polyfibre stuffing.
These are collectors' bears made using materials and traditional components that make them unsuitable as children's toys.
