A superbear! This fur is very thick and luxurious, one of the most beautiful I have EVER used. Extremely intricate to work with, but so worth it. Shades of pale pink, tipped with brown and cream, very gorgeous.
Opal is a large bear with black wired glass eyes. I have hand sculpted her clay nose. She has ear inners and paw pads, all made from a pale brown fabric. Weighted with steel punchings and stuffed with polyfibre, she is fully cotter pin jointed as usual.

My bears are made from 100% mohair, silk, alpaca or viscose, with the occasional faux fur and plush thrown in!
They are 5 way cotter pin jointed, and some of my minis are string jointed. They have wired glass eyes, some of which are hand blown antique glass.
My bears etc. are generally around 11cm tall when seated and so are classed as miniature bears, although they can be quite stocky fellows!
The bears are filled with lovely, clean steel punchings
and some polyfibre stuffing.
These are collectors' bears made using materials and traditional components that make them unsuitable as children's toys. Every one arrives with a signed and dated certificate.
