Master Bartie Baggins
Bartie is made from my limited vintage mohair, it is a beautiful, luxurious antique mohair in rich, teddy brown. It has original worn areas, with hand shading to accentuate the aged look and 'mending'. Master Bartie has amber glass eyes with old lace whites, rimmed and shaded, and embroidered features. He is wearing a Victorian lace collar, an aged satin rose and a ribbon with a rusty bell, coin and tiny safety pin to fasten them. He also has with him 4 aged and lettered wooden building blocks.
Master Bartie Baggins measures 15.5cms.
My bears are made using traditional components. Each one is 5-way cotter pin jointed, with wired glass eyes and clean steel shot filling. They are collectable items, unsuitable as toys. Every one arrives with a signed and dated certificate.
