Kerani
(Sanskrit, meaning curls)
This is Kerani, my new bear from my collection of special, medium sized bears. He is made from the most beautiful, curly mohair, in golden and dark brown, with black flecks. Kerani has amber wired glass eyes, plus hand embroidered features. Kerani is heavily weighted with steel punchings in his very big fat tum! He is cotter pin jointed as usual.
Kerani measures 23cm.
Kerani is £72

My bears are made from 100% mohair, silk, alpaca or viscose, with the occasional faux fur and plush thrown in!
They are 5 way cotter pin jointed, and some of my minis are string jointed. They have wired glass eyes, some of which are hand blown antique glass.
My bears etc. are generally around 11cm tall when seated and so are classed as miniature bears, although they can be quite stocky fellows!
The bears are filled with lovely, clean steel punchings
and some polyfibre stuffing.
These are collectors' bears made using materials and traditional components that make them unsuitable as children's toys.
