Hickory Hedgehog
This is Hickory Hedgehog, my first hedgie in quite a while! He is made from steel grey viscose for a soft and sleek tummy, I've shaded this a little around his cheeks. He has a a fuzzy, wild covering of fur for his 'spines'. Hickory has black wired glass eyes and nose, plus hand embroidered features. Hickory Hedgehog is cotter pin jointed as usual.

My bears are made from 100% mohair, silk, alpaca or viscose, with the occasional faux fur and plush thrown in!
They are 5 way cotter pin jointed, and some of my minis are string jointed. They have wired glass eyes, some of which are hand blown antique glass.
My bears etc. are generally around 11cm tall when seated and so are classed as miniature bears, although they can be quite stocky fellows!
The bears are filled with lovely, clean steel punchings
and some polyfibre stuffing.
These are collectors' bears made using materials and traditional components that make them unsuitable as children's toys.
