Grigio
Grigio is the latest from my collection of special, large bears. He is made from an extremely beautiful luxury faux fur in shades of white and dark grey.
Grigio has large black wired glass eyes with rimmed lace whites.
His features are hand embroidered and his ear inners are suede. Grigio has a hand sculpted clay nose.
He is very heavily weighted with steel punchings and is stuffed with polyfibre.
He is cotter pin jointed as usual.
Grigio measures 28cms.

My bears are made from 100% mohair, silk, alpaca or viscose, with the occasional faux fur and plush thrown in!
They are 5 way cotter pin jointed, and some of my minis are string jointed. They have wired glass eyes, some of which are hand blown antique glass.
My bears etc. are generally around 11cm tall when seated and so are classed as miniature bears, although they can be quite stocky fellows!
The bears are filled with lovely, clean steel punchings
and some polyfibre stuffing.
These are collectors' bears made using materials and traditional components that make them unsuitable as children's toys. Every one arrives with a signed and dated certificate.
