Say bonjour to François – my little French ourson who’s just arrived in the U.K. and is already stealing hearts ❤️
François is made from gloriously long, curly, scruffy mohair in a rich golden hue—he’s got that effortlessly tousled look, like he just strolled in from a Parisian café. He’s fully cotter pin jointed, of course, and weighted with just enough clean steel punchings to sit comfortably.
His amber glass eyes are rimmed with antique lace whites, giving him a soft, soulful gaze, and his features are delicately hand embroidered. Naturally, he wouldn’t be seen without his hand-crocheted beret and a tiny Eiffel Tower pendant—he’s très chic!
François measures approx. 13.5cm and is ready to bring a touch of Parisian charm to your bear collection.

My bears are made from 100% German mohair, silk, alpaca or viscose, with the occasional faux fur thrown in!
They are 5 way cotter pin jointed, and some of my minis are string jointed. They have wired glass eyes, some of which are hand blown antique glass.
My bears etc. are generally around 11cm tall when seated and so are classed as miniature bears, although they can be quite stocky fellows!
The bears are filled with lovely, clean steel punchings
and some polyfibre stuffing.
These are collectors' bears made using materials and traditional components that make them unsuitable as children's toys.
