Andriy and Grigor
(Andriy (Greek origin) meaning "courageous".
Grigor (Latin origin) meaning "vigilant")
Andriy and Grigor are little refugee brothers who have had a sad childhood. Andriy looks after his little brother, Grigor, he has made a temporary home in an old, rusty shopping trolley, complete with blankets. These brothers will not be separated. They are made from a sparse mohair in pale honey, which I have plucked and pulled. They have amber glass eyes and embroidered features. Both boys are dressed in suede waistcoats and woollen scarves.
They are both fully cotter pin jointed.
Andriy measures 13cm.
Grigor measures 9.5cm.

My bears are made from 100% German mohair, silk or viscose, with the occasional faux fur thrown in!
They are 5 way cotter pin jointed, and some of my minis are string jointed. They have wired glass eyes, some of which are hand blown antique glass.
My bears etc. are generally around 11cm tall when seated and so are classed as miniature bears, although they can be quite stocky fellows!
The bears are filled with lovely, clean steel punchings
and some polyfibre stuffing.
These are collectors' bears made using materials and traditional components that make them unsuitable as children's toys. Every one arrives with a signed and dated certificate.
